Boat Builder

As a boat builder, you’ll be hands-on constructing high-performance vessels with precision and care, ensuring every build meets strict quality standards. This is a full-time role, working 5am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday, offering a structured schedule and long weekends while contributing to builds that perform in real conditions.

Composite Technician

As a composite technician, you’ll work with advanced materials to build and finish high-performance components, ensuring strength, precision, and durability. This full-time role runs 5am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday, offering consistent hours and long weekends while contributing to quality-focused builds that are tested and proven in real-world marine conditions.

General Labourer

As a general labourer, you’ll support the team across all areas of production, assisting with materials, preparation, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. This full-time role runs 5am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday, offering consistent hours and long weekends while learning on the job and contributing to high-quality builds.

Apprenticeships

Start your career with a hands-on apprenticeship in boat building or composite technology, learning from experienced tradespeople in a structured environment. This full-time role runs 5am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday, giving you real industry experience, practical skills, and long weekends while building a strong foundation for your future.

Detailer

As a detailer, you’ll be responsible for finishing vessels to a high standard, ensuring every surface is clean, polished, and presentation-ready. This full-time role runs 5am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday, offering consistent hours and long weekends while contributing to the final quality and appearance of each completed build.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your pay frequency?

Payroll is processed and paid on Thursdays.

We work from 5am to 3pm Monday to Thursday which accrues your 40 hours. Overtime may be offered, but not expected, on a case by case basis depending on workload.

We close for 2 weeks at Christmas, do not work public holidays or weekends.
